By creating an account, browsing listings, or transacting on Linkus, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the platform.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering binding contracts. Vendors must accurately represent themselves and their offerings.

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings or reviews.
• Harass, threaten, or defraud other users.
• Circumvent platform fees, payment flows, or moderation systems.
• Use bots, scrapers, or unauthorized automation.
• Engage in any unlawful activity through the platform.

Vendors are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, quality, and delivery of their listings. Linkus facilitates connections and payments but is not a party to the underlying contract between buyer and vendor unless explicitly stated.

All Linkus branding, software, and platform content are owned by Linkus or its licensors. You retain ownership of content you upload but grant Linkus a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and promote it on the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Linkus is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including disputes between users, lost profits, or service interruptions.

Disputes between users should first be resolved directly. Linkus may, at its discretion, mediate via the in-app messaging or support tools. Any disputes with Linkus itself shall be resolved under the laws of the Co-operative Republic of Guyana.

Linkus may suspend or terminate accounts at any time for violations of these Terms or applicable law. You may close your account at any time via Account Settings.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Guyana. The courts of Guyana have exclusive jurisdiction over any related disputes.
